We are seeking a General Practitioner (Male) to deliver trusted, compassionate primary care with licensed clinical excellence. The GP will diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of medical conditions, provide preventive health advice, and ensure continuity of care both in clinic and through home-visit services. The role requires strong diagnostic skills, patient-centered communication, and commitment to comfort, safety, and professionalism. You will work with multidisciplinary nurses and healthcare staff, ensuring follow-ups, lab diagnostics, and personalized treatment plans. This position is ideal for someone with experience in UAE or similar healthcare systems, capable of combining medical competence with an empathetic approach to build long-term patient trust. Roles and Responsibilities - Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. - Conduct patient examinations, interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe appropriate medications. - Provide preventive care, health education, and lifestyle counseling to patients. - Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation as per UAE standards. - Refer patients to specialists when advanced treatment is required. - Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and medical protocols. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive patient care. - Monitor treatment plans and adjust as necessary to improve outcomes. - Participate in clinical meetings and continuous medical education programs. - Uphold ethical and professional medical practices in line with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS) or equivalent qualification. - Valid UAE medical license (DHA/DOH/MOH) or eligibility letter. - 1–2 years of proven clinical experience as a General Practitioner in the UAE. - Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in patient assessment, treatment planning, and medical procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff. - Knowledge of UAE healthcare laws, compliance, and clinical protocols. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
