Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and create digital content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. - Plan, script, and produce engaging video and photo content for brand communication. - Write, edit, and proofread content to align with brand voice and guidelines. - Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets. - Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaign strategies. - Optimize content for SEO and social media algorithms to maximize reach. - Monitor performance analytics and adjust strategies to improve engagement. - Stay updated with UAE digital trends, tools, and industry best practices. - Ensure cultural relevance and compliance with UAE content regulations. - Support brand storytelling through innovative content formats. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Content Creator in the UAE. - Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, social media campaigns, and video editing. - Proficiency in creative software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools. - Knowledge of SEO, social media management, and content optimization strategies. - Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills in English. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. - Strong creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail. - Familiarity with UAE digital marketing trends and audience preferences. - Additional language skills, especially Arabic, are an advantage.
