We are seeking a Business Development Lead - IT to drive growth and strategic expansion for an AI-powered automation platform focused on healthcare revenue cycle and technology solutions. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and selling innovative AI agents that automate revenue cycle management, claims processing, and analytics. You will work in a high-growth, performance-driven environment leveraging technology integrations, predictive analytics, and automation to deliver measurable value. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record in tech / SaaS sales are required. This position suits someone who can build pipelines, close deals, and elevate client revenues while maintaining high standards of security, quality, and operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in software, ERP, and AI solutions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers across industries. - Conduct market research and develop strategies to expand sales pipeline. - Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions for client needs. - Lead client presentations, negotiations, and proposal development. - Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, AI solutions, and ERP systems. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM. - Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences. - Ensure compliance with UAE business practices and client requirements. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of proven business development or sales experience in the UAE. - Strong lead-hunting skills with established local contacts and references. - Solid understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and client management. - Technical knowledge of Software, ERP, and AI solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals. - Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting. - Young, dynamic, and motivated with a results-driven approach. - Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
