We are seeking a Centre Sales Manager to lead sales efforts in a professional training institute specializing in aviation, hospitality, travel, and customer service programs. The candidate will manage the sales centre, drive enrolments, mentor sales and counselling teams, and uphold high standards of customer engagement. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a knack for achieving targets in a fast-paced, aspirational environment. The ideal manager will cultivate high conversion rates, maintain excellent relationships with prospects, and enhance the brand reputation through quality service and growth. Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets - Lead and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance - Manage client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective engagement - Oversee daily operations of the sales center to ensure smooth functioning - Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management - Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute promotional campaigns - Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE business regulations - Handle escalated client issues and provide effective resolutions - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to support business growth Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Centre Manager in UAE (minimum 4–5 years) - Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets - Excellent leadership, team management, and coaching abilities - Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications - Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively - Knowledge of UAE market dynamics and business practices
