We are seeking a Registered Scrub Nurse to support surgical procedures in a modern day-surgery environment that emphasizes minimally invasive techniques, precision technology, and patient comfort. The Scrub Nurse will play a vital role in ensuring safe and efficient operating room practices, working alongside surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality surgical outcomes. This position requires clinical excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. By combining hands-on expertise with patient-centered care, the nurse will help optimize surgical efficiency and contribute to a safe, sterile, and supportive environment for patients. Roles and Responsibilities - Provide professional nursing care to patients in line with medical guidelines - Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and document records accurately - Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments - Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the medical team promptly - Support patients and families with education on treatment and post-care practices - Ensure infection control and safety protocols are strictly followed - Maintain updated patient charts and electronic medical records - Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes - Participate in training and continuous professional development programs - Comply with DHA/MOH/DOH regulations and facility policies Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification - Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license to practice in UAE - 2–3 years of proven nursing experience in UAE healthcare facilities - Male candidate, fluent in Arabic and English communication - Strong clinical knowledge with ability to handle critical situations - Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and patient-care skills - Ability to manage workload efficiently under pressure - Commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical medical practice
