We are seeking a Tele Caller with 1-2 years of UAE experience to join a training institute that values customer service excellence, communication skills, and high conversion performance. The role involves reaching out to prospective students, explaining training, certifications, and career opportunities in aviation, hospitality, or related fields. You will play a key role in maintaining enquiry flow, guiding prospects through the enrollment journey, and contributing to the institute’s reputation for professional, aspirational training. The Tele Caller will work in a vibrant, learning-oriented environment, and should display persistence, clarity, and a strong focus on client satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and clients to promote training programs - Provide accurate course details and guide candidates through enrollment procedures - Maintain updated records of calls, inquiries, and client interactions in CRM systems - Handle objections and inquiries with confidence and professionalism - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets - Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships - Follow scripts and communication guidelines while adapting to client needs - Collaborate with admissions and sales teams to support overall targets - Track leads, follow up promptly, and ensure conversions within set timelines - Uphold confidentiality and compliance with UAE telemarketing standards Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in outbound telesales or telemarketing - Graduate or Diploma certification preferred - Strong target-driven mindset with enthusiasm and self-motivation - Ability to handle pressure and maintain accurate documentation - Excellent communication skills with fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage - Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to achieve conversions - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM or call management systems - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment - Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach - Flexibility to adapt to business needs and extended working hours if required
