We are seeking a Clinic Manager to lead operations in a wellness environment focused on anti-aging, health optimisation, and longevity programs. The role involves overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring patient experience excellence, managing teams, and implementing science-based wellness protocols. The manager will foster a client-centered atmosphere, integrate advanced diagnostics, regenerative therapies, and maintain high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and service quality. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, experience in coordinating wellness or medical services, and a mindset oriented toward growth, efficiency, and maintaining clinic excellence. Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction - Manage clinical and administrative staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation - Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives - Monitor patient services, appointment scheduling, and overall client experience - Ensure compliance with DHA/MOH/DOH healthcare regulations and facility standards - Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation for the clinic - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize service delivery - Handle escalated patient concerns and provide timely resolutions - Maintain accurate records of operations, audits, and compliance reports - Lead initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and patient-centered care Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience as a Clinic Manager or healthcare administrator in UAE - Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance requirements - Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills - Proficiency in healthcare management systems and MS Office applications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage - Ability to handle financial management, reporting, and resource planning - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic healthcare environment - Commitment to patient care quality, confidentiality, and ethical standards
