We are seeking a Functional Medicine Doctor to deliver personalized, science-backed health optimisation and anti-aging solutions in a wellness environment focused on longevity, advanced diagnostics, and preventive care. The role involves designing and implementing bespoke treatment plans using comprehensive screening, metabolic, hormonal, and cellular assessments, IV therapies such as NAD+ and peptides, and lifestyle-based interventions tailored to individual health profiles. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, excellent diagnostic ability, and a patient-centered approach committed to long-term health, performance, and sustainable well-being. Roles and Responsibilities * Provide individualized patient care using functional and regenerative medicine protocols * Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and lifestyle evaluations * Develop and implement customized wellness treatment plans * Collaborate with in-house wellness experts for integrated care programs * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and case notes * Educate patients on preventive care and long-term health strategies * Ensure compliance with DHA guidelines and clinic quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and research in functional medicine * Support clinic outreach and patient engagement initiatives when required Requirements * Medical degree and valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai * Relevant UAE experience in a clinical or wellness-focused environment * Specialized training or certification in Functional Medicine is preferred * Strong understanding of regenerative medicine, nutrition, and wellness programs * Excellent diagnostic and patient assessment skills * Ability to develop personalized treatment strategies based on holistic health principles * Strong communication and patient education skills * Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinic systems * Flexible, compassionate, and committed to a patient-centered approach * Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
