We are seeking a Receptionist with 1–3 years of UAE experience to manage front desk operations and provide professional, welcoming support to clients and visitors. The role is the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for every guest. It requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The Receptionist will be responsible for handling calls, managing appointments, and coordinating with different departments to ensure client satisfaction. Beyond administrative tasks, the role plays an important part in maintaining the professional image of the organization and creating a positive, service-oriented atmosphere. This position is well-suited for individuals who are polished, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with a high level of professionalism. Roles and Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner - Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly and accurately - Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor logs effectively - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services - Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area - Provide administrative support to staff and management as required - Assist in organizing meetings, conference room bookings, and office events - Monitor office supplies related to front desk and place orders when necessary - Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and maintain confidentiality Requirements - Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field preferred - 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in UAE - Proficiency in MS Office applications and phone systems - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic is an advantage - Professional appearance and positive customer service attitude - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks in a busy environment - Familiarity with UAE office standards and compliance protocols is an advantage
