The role involves delivering advanced and traditional beauty treatments, ensuring radiance, rejuvenation and client satisfaction. Roles and Responsibilities - Perform facials, skin treatments, and body therapies tailored to client needs - Provide professional grooming services including waxing, threading, and hair removal - Deliver manicure, pedicure, and nail care treatments with precision - Recommend skincare routines and appropriate products to clients - Maintain treatment rooms and equipment in a clean and hygienic condition - Manage client appointments, consultations, and treatment plans effectively - Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety standards for beauty services - Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product knowledge - Promote services and build client loyalty through excellent customer care - Handle client feedback professionally to ensure repeat business and satisfaction Requirements - Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology - Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably 2–3 years in UAE - Proficiency in skincare, body treatments, and grooming services - Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in beauty therapy - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build positive client relationships - Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage - Professional appearance, attention to detail, and client-focused approach
