We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership in a forward-thinking, growth-oriented organization in Dubai. The role involves managing executive schedules, communication, and coordination with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Acting as a trusted partner, the PA will help translate strategic vision into action by ensuring smooth operations and enabling leadership to focus on high-impact priorities. This position requires strong discretion, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication abilities, proactive problem-solving, and a polished professional demeanor. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
- Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and office systems
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth communication
- Assist in planning events, meetings, and conferences
- Track deadlines, appointments, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide administrative support for projects and business initiatives
- Handle personal tasks as assigned while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensure efficiency and professionalism in all executive support activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field preferred
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English; Hindi or local language is an advantage
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with Indian business etiquette and administrative practices
