We are hiring a qualified Medical Massage Therapist with 2–3 years of UAE experience to join a reputable wellness and healthcare facility in Dubai. The therapist will provide therapeutic treatments aimed at relieving pain, improving mobility, and supporting overall physical well-being. The role requires hands-on expertise in treating muscular, joint, and tissue conditions, while also assisting with rehabilitation and preventive care programs. The therapist will collaborate with healthcare teams to develop tailored treatment plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with DHA standards. Strong communication skills and a professional approach to patient care are essential for success in this role. Roles and Responsibilities - Provide therapeutic massage treatments for musculoskeletal and joint-related conditions - Create and implement customized therapy plans based on patient needs and progress - Apply specialized massage techniques to support pain relief and rehabilitation - Maintain accurate treatment records and patient documentation in compliance with DHA standards - Operate slimming and contouring equipment when required for patient care - Educate patients on posture, exercises, and wellness practices for long-term benefits - Collaborate with doctors, physiotherapists, and healthcare staff to deliver holistic care - Ensure patient comfort, safety, and confidentiality during all treatment sessions Requirements - Diploma or certification in massage therapy from a recognized institution - DHA license or eligibility with a minimum of 600 training hours completed - 2–3 years of proven UAE experience as a medical massage therapist - Expertise in therapeutic techniques for muscular, tissue, and joint-related issues - Experience with slimming and contouring treatments is an advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient engagement - Ability to work within a team-oriented clinical and wellness environment - Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an added advantage
