We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager (female candidate, any nationality) with 8–10 years of proven UAE healthcare management experience to lead the operations of a reputable clinic in Dubai. The role involves overseeing daily clinic functions, managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of UAE healthcare standards, and the ability to enhance patient satisfaction while driving operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning - Supervise medical and non-medical staff, providing leadership, training, and performance management - Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, DHA/MOH guidelines, and internal policies - Manage patient flow, appointments, and customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance clinic performance and service quality - Monitor financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation for cost-effectiveness - Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals for integrated patient care - Handle escalations, resolve patient concerns, and ensure a professional and welcoming environment - Oversee procurement, inventory, and maintenance of clinic facilities and equipment - Stay updated on healthcare trends, patient needs, and technologies to improve service delivery Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) - 8–10 years of proven experience in clinic or healthcare management within the UAE - Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations, DHA/MOH licensing, and compliance procedures - Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a patient-centered approach - Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and operational strategies effectively - Proficiency in healthcare software and MS Office applications - Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are an added advantage
