Sales & Business Development Executive | Dubai, UAE We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales & Business Development Executive to lead business growth initiatives and strengthen market presence within the wellness and lifestyle industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales efforts. The Sales & Business Development Executive will play a vital role in expanding market share, building partnerships, and contributing directly to the company’s long-term growth and success. Roles and Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, including clinics, spas, retailers, and wellness centers. - Present and promote the company’s products and services to clients through effective communication, product demonstrations, and sales presentations. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotional events, and brand activations that enhance visibility and sales growth. - Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships. - Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review. - Coordinate with the operations and finance teams to ensure smooth delivery, invoicing, and payment collection. - Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market presence and build strategic connections. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the wellness, beauty, or FMCG industry in the UAE. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong networking abilities and understanding of UAE market dynamics. - Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for tracking sales performance and pipeline management. - UAE driving license is required for regular client visits and business development activities.
