Senior Trainer | Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Senior Trainer to lead and deliver advanced training programs for aesthetic, slimming, and wellness technologies. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in machine-based and product training, with the ability to design and conduct engaging, hands-on sessions for staff across various departments. This role involves developing learning modules, conducting product demonstrations, and ensuring consistent service excellence across the organization. The Senior Trainer will play a vital role in enhancing technical proficiency, brand knowledge, and operational performance through structured, high-impact training programs.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct technical and practical training sessions on aesthetic, slimming, and wellness machines and products
- Design comprehensive learning materials, modules, and demonstrations tailored to different experience levels
- Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes
- Collaborate with management and technical teams to identify training needs and skill development priorities
- Support the launch of new products or technologies through workshops and certification programs
- Ensure all training programs meet safety, operational, and service quality standards
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and assessments
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the aesthetics and wellness industries
- Deliver training across multiple locations as required, ensuring consistent standards across all sites
- Promote a positive learning culture that motivates teams and enhances professional growth

Requirements
- Strong experience in training on machines/products for Aesthetics, Slimming, or Wellness
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Trainer
- Any nationality; Male or Female profile
- Presentable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Health Sciences, Education, or related discipline preferred)
- Proven ability to create and deliver engaging, hands-on training content
- Open to work-based travel within the UAE or regionally
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on results and quality delivery
