Sales Manager | Dubai
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business growth within the aesthetics, slimming, and wellness industry. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Drive distribution and promotion of aesthetic and slimming products and services across UAE markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and key stakeholders in the industry
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and regional market channels
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve performance excellence
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to design and implement promotional initiatives
- Negotiate contracts and agreements aligned with company goals and profitability standards
- Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management
- Represent the organization in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
Requirements
- Must have proven experience in distribution of products or services within the UAE
- Well-connected with manufacturers in aesthetics, slimming, or wellness sectors
- Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience with a strong understanding of B2B and B2C channels
- Agile, flexible, and highly driven to achieve business growth targets
- Young, energetic, and hungry for sales success with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships and strategic partnerships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for business meetings and industry events
