Operations Manager | Dubai We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business functions and ensure smooth operational performance across all departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of P&L management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day operations with long-term business goals while maintaining operational efficiency, quality, and profitability. Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee all daily operations to ensure business efficiency, productivity, and service excellence - Manage P&L performance, budgeting, and cost optimization to meet financial objectives - Collaborate with department heads to align business activities with organizational goals - Develop and implement operational policies, processes, and performance metrics - Lead cross-functional teams to deliver consistent results across multiple locations or business units - Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements - Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively through effective planning and execution - Foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to drive operational success - Support business expansion strategies and ensure smooth integration of new initiatives - Provide leadership and mentorship to staff to build a culture of accountability and growth Requirements - Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role - Strong expertise in P&L management, financial reporting, and cost control - Proven ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders across functions - Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage high-performance teams - Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and operational strategies - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Passionate to learn and grow with the brand, embracing innovation and change - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) - Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
