Clinical Sales Specialist | Dubai, UAE We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Clinical Sales Specialist to drive sales growth within the healthcare and wellness sector. The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge with strategic sales expertise to promote and position the company’s innovative products across medical centers, aesthetic clinics, and wellness partners. This role requires a professional who can build trusted relationships with healthcare practitioners, understand client needs, and translate product value into meaningful business results. The Clinical Sales Specialist will play a key role in expanding the client base, educating partners on clinical applications, and achieving sales targets through ethical and consultative engagement. Roles and Responsibilities - Promote and sell the company’s clinical and wellness product range to doctors, clinics, spas, and wellness centers across the UAE. - Develop a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and scientific data to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. - Conduct product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and usage. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), dermatologists, physiotherapists, and aesthetic practitioners. - Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and clinical events. - Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and service excellence. - Maintain updated knowledge of competitor activities, market trends, and emerging innovations within the medical aesthetics and wellness sector. - Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses for management review. - Ensure compliance with all medical regulations, ethical marketing practices, and internal policies. - Represent the brand at exhibitions, workshops, and conferences to strengthen visibility and market presence. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical, medical device, or aesthetic sales within the UAE market. - Strong clinical understanding combined with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong network of contacts within the healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industry is an advantage. - Ability to conduct product training and deliver technical presentations to medical professionals. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region as required.
