We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Admin to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, handling supplier and client accounts, coordinating administrative duties, and supporting management in smooth business operations. This role requires a proactive individual with strong multitasking skills, accuracy in financial documentation, and the ability to coordinate across departments efficiently. The position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both the financial and operational success of the organization — ensuring compliance, control, and coordination across all functional areas. The Accountant & Admin will serve as a trusted support to management, contributing to efficient office administration while maintaining financial accuracy and transparency in all processes. Roles and Responsibilities - Handle full-cycle accounting functions including data entry, journal postings, bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. - Prepare monthly MIS reports such as Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cost Sheets, and Forecasted Budget Sheets, ensuring timely submission to management. - Process monthly payroll including preparation of salary sheets and execution through the WPS system in compliance with UAE labor laws. - Maintain petty cash accounts and ensure daily reconciliation with accurate recordkeeping of all expenses and supporting documents. - Manage vendor and supplier payments after proper verification and approvals, and follow up with clients alongside the sales team for timely receipt of payments. - Record all fixed asset purchases, maintain depreciation schedules, and prepare monthly asset valuation and depreciation reports. - Perform regular bank reconciliations ensuring that all incoming and outgoing transactions are properly recorded with clear narrations for future reference. - Prepare and assist in VAT filing as per UAE FTA guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of quarterly reports. - Manage all office administrative tasks such as document control, staff records, attendance tracking, and maintaining company licenses and renewals. - Coordinate with HR for onboarding, leave management, and employee settlements including gratuity and annual leave payments. - Manage procurement of office supplies, vendor coordination, and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. - Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information while ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a combined accounting and administrative role, preferably in the UAE. - Strong knowledge of UAE VAT filing procedures, payroll (WPS), and labor law basics. - Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems. - Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills. - Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments. - Professional integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data. - Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
