An experienced and strategic Operations Manager is required to drive the end-to-end operational excellence for a dynamic natural skincare brand founded in the UAE whose mission centres on premium mineral-rich products. You will oversee the day-to-day business operations from supply chain and production to quality assurance and distribution ensuring seamless execution and consistent delivery of high-quality skincare offerings. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing performance metrics, optimising resources and processes, and implementing best-in-class operational standards that support the company’s rapid growth and market expansion. This role demands a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, demonstrates sound financial acumen, fosters cross-departmental collaboration across product development, marketing and logistics, and continuously drives a culture of efficiency, compliance and excellence. Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee daily business operations across production, logistics, inventory, and retail channels to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. - Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, including vendor coordination, procurement, and distribution, maintaining cost efficiency and timely delivery. - Implement and monitor quality control standards to ensure consistency in product excellence and brand integrity. - Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and strengthen operational performance. - Lead P&L management, budgeting, and resource planning to meet financial objectives and operational KPIs. - Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to support new launches, campaign execution, and retail readiness. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards applicable to skincare and wellness products. - Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across operations. - Build, train, and mentor high-performing operational teams that uphold brand values and customer excellence. - Partner with senior management to plan, forecast, and execute business expansion strategies across the region. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in operations or supply chain management, preferably within skincare, beauty, or consumer goods. - Strong understanding of inventory management, production planning, logistics, and vendor management. - Proven experience in P&L management and cost optimization. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-growing brand environment with attention to quality and detail. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Passionate about wellness, sustainability, and delivering a premium brand experience.
