A highly skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacist is required to lead and manage all sterile formulation and compounding processes for a growing natural skincare and wellness brand. This role is central to ensuring that every product meets the highest international standards of safety, quality, and purity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in aseptic manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance to ensure the consistency and safety of skincare formulations produced under sterile conditions. The Sterile Pharmacist will collaborate closely with R&D, operations, and production teams to oversee formulation design, process validation, and sterility testing across multiple product lines. This position requires precision, technical expertise, and a deep commitment to product integrity ensuring that every formulation reflects the brand’s promise of clean, effective, and scientifically developed skincare. The ideal candidate will also play a strategic role in maintaining certifications, driving continuous improvement, and supporting innovation in product development. Roles and Responsibilities - Supervise and manage all sterile compounding activities in compliance with UAE health regulations and GMP standards. - Oversee preparation, sterilization, and aseptic processing of skincare and cosmetic formulations. - Conduct quality checks, sterility testing, and environmental monitoring to ensure contamination-free production. - Maintain accurate documentation and batch records for all sterile processes and product formulations. - Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety protocols across production, packaging, and laboratory environments. - Collaborate with R&D teams in developing and improving new product formulations. - Train and guide production and laboratory staff on sterile handling, aseptic techniques, and quality procedures. - Support audits, inspections, and certification processes by preparing technical reports and compliance documentation. - Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production planning and inventory control of raw materials and sterile products. - Continuously assess and implement improvements in sterile manufacturing practices to enhance product quality and efficiency. Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (licensed Pharmacist in UAE preferred). - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sterile or aseptic manufacturing, preferably within cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or skincare. - In-depth knowledge of sterile compounding standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements. - Strong understanding of microbiological control, sterility assurance, and quality testing procedures. - Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards. - Strong organizational and documentation skills with an analytical mindset. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in production, R&D, and QA/QC. - Passion for innovation and quality in skincare and wellness products.
