A creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager is required to lead the online growth and brand visibility of a fast-growing natural skincare and wellness company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s digital presence, driving e-commerce traffic, and building strong engagement across social and digital platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for beauty and wellness, deep knowledge of digital marketing tools, and the ability to translate creative ideas into measurable results. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive online marketing strategy — combining creativity, analytics, and storytelling to strengthen brand awareness, customer loyalty, and revenue growth. Working closely with design, product, and operations teams, the role ensures consistent messaging, effective campaigns, and seamless digital experiences across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of paid media, SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships, and social media management, while maintaining the brand’s identity of authenticity, sustainability, and innovation. Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, online sales, and customer engagement. - Manage the brand’s online presence across all digital platforms, including website, e-commerce, social media, and email marketing. - Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels) to maximize ROI. - Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to ensure consistent website traffic growth and improved search engine rankings. - Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-quality visuals, videos, and storytelling aligned with the brand’s tone and aesthetic. - Manage influencer and brand collaborations, building authentic relationships with content creators to enhance visibility and credibility. - Develop data-driven campaigns using insights from analytics tools to refine targeting and messaging strategies. - Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement. - Lead the planning of seasonal marketing calendars, product launch campaigns, and promotional initiatives. - Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all digital and offline channels. - Oversee email marketing and CRM initiatives to nurture leads, retain customers, and boost repeat purchases. - Stay updated on industry trends, digital innovations, and best practices within the skincare, beauty, and wellness sectors. - Collaborate with the e-commerce team to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall customer journey. - Manage digital marketing budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on spend through effective planning and analysis. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred). - Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within skincare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid media, social media, and influencer marketing. - Hands-on experience with digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Klaviyo, and similar platforms. - Exceptional content and visual marketing sense with an eye for brand aesthetics. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills. - Passion for skincare, sustainability, and digital storytelling. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to evolving market trends.
