We are looking for an experienced and proactive Clinical Manager to oversee daily operations, staff management, and patient service excellence within our client’s clinic. The role involves leading and supporting the clinic team to ensure efficient workflow, adherence to quality standards, and delivery of a superior patient experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a hands-on approach to ensure smooth coordination between clinical and administrative functions. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Select, train, evaluate, guide, and supervise the Support team, conducting regular performance reviews to ensure high standards. - Meet daily with the team to discuss department performance, guest feedback, and operational updates or to conduct focused training sessions. - Set and monitor upselling targets for the support desk, ensuring achievement of goals and implementing corrective actions when necessary. - Check and close daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records. - Equitably distribute new patients among doctors to maintain fairness and optimize workload management. - Conduct daily staff briefings and opening audits for the clinic, ensuring morning and afternoon sessions are consistently delivered. - Oversee cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and clinic areas, ensuring strict adherence to sterilization and sanitation protocols. - Review client feedback daily and ensure all comments or complaints are acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours. - Generate and analyze monthly performance and operations reports to track efficiency and service quality. - Coordinate and manage the clinic’s information systems to ensure smooth operational processes. - Oversee and manage maintenance activities, ensuring all facilities and equipment remain in optimal condition. - Prepare monthly staff schedules and communicate with the HR department for approval and implementation. Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field. - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare management, preferably within a medical or aesthetic clinic. - Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive service excellence. - Strong knowledge of clinic operations, patient flow management, and healthcare compliance standards. - Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Proficient in using clinic management systems and MS Office applications. - High attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills. - Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment. - Commitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance at all tim
