Radiologist – Dubai, UAE A qualified and detail-oriented Radiologist is required to perform and interpret a wide range of diagnostic imaging studies to support accurate clinical decision-making within a modern healthcare environment. This role is essential in delivering timely, precise, and patient-centered radiology services while ensuring the highest standards of safety, image quality, and reporting accuracy. The Radiologist will work closely with physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams to provide expert imaging insights, guide treatment plans, and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to evidence-based radiology practice. Key Responsibilities - Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including X-rays, CT scans, MRI, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy. - Provide accurate and detailed radiology reports with clear clinical correlations and recommendations. - Collaborate with referring physicians to review imaging findings and assist in treatment planning. - Ensure compliance with imaging protocols, radiation safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards. - Monitor patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures, ensuring proper positioning and technique. - Review clinical histories and evaluate the appropriateness of imaging requests. - Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case discussions, and tumor boards when required. - Oversee imaging workflow, support the radiology team, and ensure timely reporting. - Identify urgent or critical findings and communicate results promptly to the relevant clinical teams. - Maintain accurate documentation, PACS reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements. - Stay updated with advancements in diagnostic imaging, AI-assisted radiology tools, and emerging technologies. - Support training initiatives for radiographers, junior doctors, and clinical staff as needed. Requirements - Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Radiology (MD, DNB, FRCR, or equivalent). - Minimum 5+ years of radiology experience, preferably in a hospital, diagnostic center, or multispecialty clinic. - Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility for licensing in the UAE. - Strong expertise in interpreting MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray imaging studies. - Experience in subspecialties such as musculoskeletal, neuro, abdominal, or breast imaging is an advantage. - Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to work efficiently in high-volume imaging environments while maintaining reporting accuracy. - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings to clinicians clearly and professionally. - Commitment to patient safety, ethical medical practice, and clinical excellence. - Experience working in Dubai or the UAE healthcare sector is preferred.
