Aesthetic Urologist – Dubai, UAE A highly skilled and patient-centered Aesthetic Urologist is required to provide advanced urological and aesthetic procedures aimed at improving functional health, wellness, and patient confidence. This role plays a crucial part in diagnosing and treating urological conditions while offering minimally invasive aesthetic treatments related to men’s health, genital aesthetics, sexual wellness, and reconstructive procedures. The specialist will work within a modern clinical environment, delivering evidence-based care, personalized treatment plans, and high standards of patient safety. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering confidential, outcome-driven, and patient-focused aesthetic urology services. Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and treat a broad range of male and female urological conditions, including urinary disorders, sexual dysfunction, and reproductive health issues. - Perform aesthetic urology procedures such as PRP therapy, fillers, laser treatments, penile rejuvenation, vaginal rejuvenation, and other non-surgical enhancements (as per licensing guidelines). - Develop personalized treatment plans focused on functional improvement, aesthetic outcomes, and long-term patient wellness. - Conduct comprehensive consultations, explain procedures clearly, and ensure informed consent while maintaining patient privacy. - Utilize advanced diagnostic tools, imaging studies, and laboratory tests to evaluate patient concerns. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including aesthetic physicians, gynecologists, and wellness specialists to provide coordinated patient care. - Maintain accurate documentation, clinical notes, and treatment records in line with regulatory compliance. - Ensure patient safety through adherence to DHA/DOH standards, infection control protocols, and ethical aesthetic practice guidelines. - Provide post-treatment care, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans based on patient response. - Stay updated with developments in aesthetic urology, regenerative medicine, and minimally invasive technologies. - Participate in training, internal workshops, and patient-education initiatives when required. Requirements - Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Urology (MS/MD/DNB or equivalent). - Fellowship or certified training in Aesthetic Urology, Sexual Wellness, or Regenerative Medicine preferred. - Minimum 5+ years of clinical experience, including exposure to aesthetic or minimally invasive urological procedures. - Valid DHA/DOH/MOH license or eligibility for licensing in the UAE. - Strong clinical knowledge of urological medicine, sexual health, reproductive disorders, and aesthetic urology treatments. - Excellent patient communication skills with a compassionate, confidential, and professional approach. - Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment, regenerative treatment techniques, and non-surgical aesthetic tools. - Strong commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and evidence-based care. - Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. - Experience working in Dubai or the UAE healthcare sector is an advantage.
