We are looking for a Registered Nurse with aesthetic experience for our client, a well-established aesthetic clinic based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide professional nursing support in the delivery of advanced cosmetic and dermatological procedures, ensuring patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction. This position plays a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, assisting doctors during procedures, and contributing to the overall patient care experience within the clinic. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Assist aesthetic doctors and dermatologists in performing cosmetic treatments such as laser procedures, injectables (Botox, dermal fillers), PRP, skin rejuvenation, and other non-surgical aesthetic therapies. - Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all instruments and equipment are sterilized and ready for use. - Perform patient assessment, preparation, and follow-up care to ensure optimal treatment outcomes. - Administer procedures and skincare treatments as directed by physicians while maintaining strict clinical and hygiene standards. - Provide patients with detailed pre- and post-treatment care instructions and ensure thorough documentation of all procedures. - Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with clinic policies and DOH/MOH regulations. - Support physicians during consultations and ensure excellent communication with patients regarding their treatment plans. - Stay up to date with the latest aesthetic trends, products, and technologies to support ongoing clinic innovation. - Adhere to infection control, safety, and operational standards set by health authorities. Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. - Valid DOH or MOH license or eligibility letter is mandatory. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 1 year in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic. - Solid understanding of aesthetic procedures, laser operation protocols, skincare, and patient management. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring and professional approach. - Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. - Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation. - Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours based on clinic schedules.
