We are looking for a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist & Laser Technician to join our client’s reputed aesthetic clinic in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide professional skincare and laser treatments with the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and patient care. This role combines expertise in aesthetic procedures, client consultation, and laser operation to deliver premium-quality services and ensure client satisfaction and clinic excellence. Key Roles and Responsibilities - Perform a range of aesthetic and skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and body therapies according to client needs and clinic protocols. - Conduct laser hair removal and other laser-based skin treatments safely and effectively under DOH regulations. - Assess client skin types and conditions to recommend appropriate treatment plans. - Provide accurate pre- and post-treatment guidance to ensure optimal results and client safety. - Maintain detailed treatment records and ensure confidentiality of client information. - Prepare and sanitize all treatment rooms, tools, and laser equipment before and after each session. - Ensure all equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated according to manufacturer and clinic standards. - Uphold hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols at all times. - Assist in promoting clinic services and products through client education and professional recommendations. - Maintain a welcoming and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive client experience. - Participate in training and continuous professional development to stay updated with new technologies and treatment trends. Requirements and Qualifications - Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Laser Technology, or Aesthetic Procedures from a recognized institution. - Valid DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility letter is mandatory. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a medical or aesthetic clinic. - Proven experience performing laser hair removal and advanced skincare treatments. - Strong knowledge of laser systems, skincare protocols, and safety standards. - Excellent client consultation and communication skills. - Detail-oriented, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality service. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as required by clinic operations.
