Videographer – Dubai, UAE A skilled and creative Videographer is required to produce high-quality visual content that supports patient education, brand communication, marketing initiatives, and operational documentation within a Day Surgery Center. This role is essential in capturing professional videos that highlight medical services, surgical procedures (non-sensitive areas), patient journeys, facility tours, and internal training materials. The Videographer will manage the full production workflow—planning, filming, editing, and delivering content that aligns with healthcare standards, patient privacy regulations, and brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess strong storytelling abilities, excellent technical skills, and a solid understanding of working within healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities - Plan, shoot, and edit video content for patient education, marketing campaigns, social media, physician interviews, and facility promotions. - Capture high-quality visuals of the center’s services, equipment, technology, and non-invasive procedures while strictly following privacy guidelines. - Work closely with the marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to develop concepts and scripts for educational and promotional videos. - Produce explainer videos, treatment overviews, patient testimonial videos, and staff introduction clips. - Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software, ensuring professional quality, color correction, and clean sound. - Create motion graphics, titles, and informational overlays suitable for healthcare audiences. - Ensure all video content complies with DHA privacy rules, patient consent processes, and internal media policies. - Conduct on-site shoots within clinical settings, ensuring proper lighting, safe equipment setup, and non-disruptive filming practices. - Manage video assets, organize raw footage, maintain backups, and ensure adherence to strict content management protocols. - Optimize videos for multiple platforms including Instagram, YouTube, website, waiting area screens, and internal staff training systems. - Support photography needs including staff portraits, facility photos, and content for marketing materials. - Maintain all video and photography equipment, ensuring readiness and safety within medical environments. - Stay updated with digital media trends, healthcare communication standards, and creative storytelling techniques. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Videographer, preferably within healthcare, clinics, day surgery centers, or wellness industries. - Strong proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve). - Knowledge of filming in clinical environments while maintaining safety, hygiene, and patient privacy standards. - Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail and brand consistency. - Ability to work collaboratively with medical and non-medical teams in a fast-paced environment. - Understanding of lighting techniques, audio recording, color grading, and motion graphics. - Experience creating educational, medical, or corporate content is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines. - Experience working in Dubai or the UAE healthcare sector is preferred.
