Videographer – Dubai, UAE A creative and detail-oriented Videographer is required to plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for brand, marketing, corporate, and social media initiatives. This role is central to capturing compelling visuals that enhance brand messaging, support campaigns, and elevate the organization’s digital presence. The Videographer will manage the full production lifecycle from conceptualization to filming, editing, and final delivery ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong visual storytelling skills, technical expertise in cameras and editing software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, brand awareness, social media, corporate events, and product showcases. - Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communication teams to understand project requirements and develop visual concepts. - Operate professional cameras, lighting equipment, stabilizers, drones, and audio tools to capture cinematic visuals. - Produce storyboards, shot lists, and scripts to support video planning and execution. - Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or other industry-standard software. - Add motion graphics, animations, sound design, and visual effects to enhance final outputs. - Manage video assets, organize raw footage, maintain backups, and ensure proper file management. - Optimize videos for multiple platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and website use. - Stay updated with industry trends, new production techniques, and emerging digital content formats. - Conduct on-site and off-site shoots, ensuring proper setup of lighting, audio, and camera equipment. - Assist with photography requirements when needed, including editing and color correction. - Maintain and manage video equipment, ensuring functionality, safety, and readiness for shoots. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, or a related field preferred. - Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Videographer or in a similar production role. - Strong expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects. - Good understanding of lighting techniques, framing, color grading, and audio recording. - Ability to work independently or collaboratively on fast-paced, deadline-driven projects. - Strong creativity, storytelling ability, and an eye for detail. - Experience in shooting different formats including interview-style videos, cinematic sequences, testimonials, events, and short-form social content. - Knowledge of photography, motion graphics, and basic graphic design is an advantage. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience working in Dubai or the UAE creative industry is preferred.
