Business Development Executive – Dubai, UAE A proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive is required to drive revenue growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand market presence within a competitive business environment. This role is integral to identifying new business opportunities, nurturing partnerships, and supporting organizational growth through targeted sales strategies and market insights. The Business Development Executive will work closely with management, marketing, and operations teams to convert leads, strengthen client engagement, and promote the company’s services effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a high level of professionalism with a proven track record in business development. Key Responsibilities - Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion. - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, and digital platforms. - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and business pitches to prospective clients. - Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions based on client needs and market demand. - Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems with accurate lead and opportunity information. - Follow up with prospects, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals with professionalism and efficiency. - Support the marketing team in campaign execution, outreach initiatives, and brand visibility activities. - Represent the company at events, exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking forums. - Monitor client satisfaction, manage after-sales communication, and maintain long-term business relationships. - Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Minimum 2–4 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in the UAE. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively. - Experience with CRM systems, lead-generation tools, and sales automation platforms. - Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive strategies. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - High level of professionalism, presentation skills, and customer-centric approach. - Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage. - Experience working in Dubai or the UAE business environment is highly preferred.
