Beauty Therapist Nurse

We are hiring a Beauty Therapist Nurse to join one of our clients’ aesthetic clinics in Dubai. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse with an aesthetic background who will deliver high-quality cosmetic and skin treatments while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The Beauty Therapist Nurse will be responsible for performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures, assisting doctors during treatments, and providing pre- and post-procedure patient care. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical knowledge, aesthetic skills, and adherence to DHA regulations and clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, PRP assistance, and other non-invasive procedures (as per scope and training).
- Assist doctors during aesthetic procedures including injectables and advanced treatments.
- Conduct patient consultations, explain procedures, and provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Monitor patient responses, manage basic complications, and report concerns to the physician.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and consent forms.
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain and prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and consumables.
- Upsell clinic services and packages ethically to support clinic revenue.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA license as a Nurse is mandatory.
- Proven experience in aesthetic nursing, beauty therapy, or cosmetic clinics.
- Knowledge of laser treatments, skincare procedures, and aesthetic protocols.
- Excellent communication and patient-handling skills.
- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and service-oriented attitude.
