We are hiring an Assistant Nurse to join one of our clients’ healthcare facilities in Dubai. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional who will support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care across clinical settings.The Assistant Nurse will assist registered nurses and medical staff with patient monitoring, basic medical procedures, and maintaining a safe and hygienic environment. This position contributes directly to patient well-being, smooth clinical operations, and requires a valid DHA license to practice in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered nurses and medical staff in providing patient care and monitoring vital signs.
- Help patients with daily activities, including hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort needs.
- Prepare and maintain patient rooms, equipment, and clinical areas to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Support nursing staff with basic clinical procedures and documentation.
- Ensure accurate recording of patient information, observations, and care provided.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes as required.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

Key Requirements
- High school diploma, nursing assistant certification, or equivalent; valid DHA license is required.
- Prior experience as a Nursing Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of medical procedures, patient care techniques, and hygiene standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and follow instructions carefully.
