Media Buyer – Aesthetic Clinic

We are hiring a Media Buyer to join one of our clients’ aesthetic clinics in Dubai. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This position is key to driving patient acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth while ensuring campaigns align with the clinic’s marketing strategy and aesthetic positioning. The Media Buyer will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are targeted, cost-effective, and performance-driven. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and advertising trends specific to the healthcare and aesthetic sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize for ROI, and report on KPIs regularly.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop ad creatives and messaging tailored for the target audience.
- Research and identify new marketing opportunities and emerging platforms relevant to the aesthetic industry.
- Manage media budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective ad spend and maximum reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in media buying.
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, budgets, and performance analytics.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role, preferably in healthcare or aesthetics.
- Strong knowledge of paid advertising platforms, analytics tools, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
