Psychologist

We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Psychologist to join our healthcare facility, providing evidence-based psychological assessment, counseling, and therapeutic interventions to support patients’ mental health and emotional well-being. This role plays a vital part in delivering comprehensive behavioral health services across diverse patient populations, contributing to improved clinical outcomes and overall quality of life. The Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy in accordance with international best practices and UAE healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team while maintaining accurate documentation and outcome-focused care.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and therapy plans based on patient needs.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, and allied healthcare professionals for integrated care.
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and treatment plans.
- Adhere to DHA / DOH / MOH regulations, ethical standards, and clinic policies at all times.

Key Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology from a recognized institution.
- Valid DHA / DOH / MOH license or eligibility to practice as a Psychologist in the UAE.
- Proven clinical experience in counseling, psychotherapy, or clinical psychology settings.
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient engagement skills.
- Ability to manage caseloads independently while maintaining high standards of care.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice.
