Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support to senior leadership. This role is critical in enabling executives to operate efficiently by managing schedules, communications, and priorities while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and seamless coordination across the organization.The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to leadership, handling complex administrative tasks, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting decision-making through effective information management. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, emails, calls, and follow-ups on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes as required.
- Maintain confidential files, documents, and sensitive business information.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely execution of priorities.
- Track deadlines, action items, and deliverables to support executive decision-making.
- Support day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of senior leadership.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, calendar management tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage competing demands
