We are hiring a Massage Therapist to join one of our clients’ healthcare facilities in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for a qualified and licensed professional who will provide high-quality therapeutic massage treatments to support pain relief, relaxation, rehabilitation, and overall wellness. The Massage Therapist will be responsible for conducting consultations, assessing patient needs, and delivering customized massage therapies to ensure safe and effective treatment outcomes. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical knowledge, patient-centered care, and strict adherence to international best practices and DOH healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient consultations and assessments to determine appropriate massage treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and relaxation massage (as per qualification and scope).
- Assess contraindications and adapt techniques based on patient medical history and physical condition.
- Educate patients on treatment benefits, aftercare recommendations, and wellness strategies.
- Monitor patient responses during and after therapy to ensure safety and comfort.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation in compliance with DOH regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of therapy rooms and equipment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required to support integrated patient care.
- Stay updated on new massage techniques and professional development training.

Key Requirements

- Diploma or Certification in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid DOH license to practice as a Massage Therapist in Abu Dhabi.
- Proven experience in a hospital, clinic, or wellness center setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic massage techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while ensuring patient safety and professional standards.
