We are hiring a Patient Coordinator to join one of our clients’ healthcare facilities in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly organized and patient-focused professional who will ensure smooth coordination of appointments, patient communication, and administrative processes within the clinic. The Patient Coordinator will act as the primary point of contact for patients, supporting them throughout their treatment journey while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to UAE healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, handling inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently using clinic management systems.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time.
- Assist patients with registration, documentation, and insurance-related processes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with DHA regulations.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment plans, and feedback.
- Support billing and payment coordination as per clinic procedures.
- Handle patient concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure a welcoming and professional front-desk environment at all times.
- Prepare daily reports and assist with administrative tasks as required.

Key Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience as a Patient Coordinator, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare setting in Dubai.
- Familiarity with DHA regulations and medical insurance processes in the UAE.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining professionalism and patient confidentiality.
