Receptionist (Arabic) – Dubai, UAE A Receptionist (Arabic) is required to manage front-desk operations, handle guest interactions, and support administrative functions within a fast-paced professional environment. The role ensures smooth communication, enhances client experience, and maintains an organized reception area while aligning with the company’s service standards in Dubai. Key Responsibilities - Greet, welcome, and assist visitors, clients, and patients in a professional, friendly, and timely manner (Arabic & English). - Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route messages and provide accurate information. - Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and aligned with corporate standards. - Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting room bookings. - Handle visitor registration, documentation, and basic verification procedures. - Support administrative tasks including filing, data entry, preparing correspondence, and updating records. - Assist with patient/guest flow management, ensuring minimal waiting times and smooth processes. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure prompt service delivery. - Maintain confidentiality of company, client, and patient information at all times. - Support general office operations such as courier management, inventory tracking, and office supplies. - Deliver excellent customer service and represent the organization with professionalism and courtesy. Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or related field. - Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative (minimum 1–2 years preferred). - Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to handle a high-traffic reception area. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment. - Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. - Prior experience in hospitality, healthcare, or corporate offices in the UAE is an advantage.
