• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in the UAE.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets efficiently.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
